It would be helpful to have an extra status option for those records that should not be invited, but that should not be blacklisted either. Filtering records based on conditions is very common, i.e. filtering out certain stores, regions, customer types etc.. 

Having additional statuses available so you can flag records as unusable is an easy and safe way to process these records. So you can also easily add enrollment rules to block these records from getting emails for example.
