Numbering of options / questions matrix question is not logical

I am creating a matrix question with 5 answer options and 3 questions:
The question numbers and option codes are not logical. If you create answer categories first, they will be numbered, for example:
page10_Option1_Option1
page10_Option1_Option2
page10_Option1_Option3
page10_Option1_Option4
page10_Option1_Option5
If you then create the questions, they will get the numbers:
page10_Question1
page10_Question6
page10_Question7
There is no question 2 or 3.
If you create questions first and then answer categories, they will be numbered as follows:
page9_Question2
page9_Question3
page9_Question1
page9_Option1_Option4
page9_Option1_Option5
page9_Option1_Option6
page9_Option1_Option7
page9_Option1_Option1
Here,you do have questions 1, 2 and 3, but then the answer categories will not be numbered very logical. Option 1 is already there when you create the page, but there are no options 2 and 3.
I expected to have questions 1, 2 and 3 and options 1 - 5.
