When regularly importing large files of records for personal invitations, it is likely this file contains email addresses that you probably don’t want included.
Think for example of duplicate emails or emails of respondents that already got an invitation the day before.
With our latest feature, you can rest assured. We offer you a means of automatic deduplication and exclusion for a specific time period of your choice.
By adding the unwanted email addresses to your exclusion list (either via import or completely automated as a result of the settings made in your scheduler), you can have your scheduler check this list and skip them accordingly during a pre-set timeframe.
Only when this exclusion period has ended will these addresses again be included in the send-out of a newly created import file.
