The Rules overview tab in the questionnaire builder shows all pages of the questionnaire and the rules that are created there.

However, this is not really useful at the moment because of these issues:

- you cannot see if a page is active or inactive

- you cannot see if a rule is active or inactive

This means that you still need to open the page in the edit mode to check.

It would also be really helpful to see at once on which pages there are rules present, so you do not have to open each page.

Also, an export functionality of all rules would be great.
