This week an updated version of the CYS software is being released. This update includes a variety of new features, improvements, and fixes.

General - Overview screens

• The overview screens now show an actual update on data amounts/changes - depending on area. For import, it shows the number of records in the importsource over a determined period. The webjob to update these numbers will run every 1 hour.

Projects - Questionnaire builder

• The edit version column no longer sometimes disappears for a short while when publishing a new version

Data garden - Import

• Import sources now accept csv files with acell starting with a ".
• Import sources now accept xls type files.

• Fixed an issue where the data garden had trouble handling mapping labelled data.
  
  

Media Library

• Added an export functionality that allows for exporting multiple files

• Added a move functionality that allows for moving files from one folder to the next

• Improved on Media Library (speed + functionality of the actions one can do within the medeia library + UI changes) - move, delete, export
  
  

Dynamic Rule Engine

• Improved on the functionality of the VLookup when pointing to columns with an edited definition
• Improved on the process regarding permanent deletion of projects, dashboards and import sources
• DRE expert rules now both accept long and shortened definitions with regards to questionnaire based columns
  
  

Portal management

• Fixed an occurrence where custom emails couldn't be added to a domain anymore.
  
  

Dashboard - Calculations

• Added a new calculation period: Quarterly reporting
  
  

Dashboard - General

• Fixed an issue wherer the dashboard dropdown became empty for very specific users
• Improved on the overall speed of the dashboard
