Href (view in browser) in the email invitation template

This is a improvement request from the customer.
It would be helpful for the customer, if we have browser links (Href - View in browser) in our email invitation template which can be used by the respondents to view the invitations separately in a browser.
At the moment we do not have that functionality in our templates. It would be nice if it can be added in the future templates.
