1) The sorting function does not work in a logical way.
I would expect to be able to sort a column A-Z; Z-A; high-low; low-high and to be able to turn off sorting for a column.
2) After displaying the underlying comments, the Open answers “window” cannot be closed anymore.
I would expect to be able to close this window.
3) After selecting a root cause, the “window” Open answers appears. Using the export option, it does not export the ‘selected’ open answers.
I would expect that (1)these are exported as well or (2)have their own export option or (3) a choice can be made in what to export with the open answers as a separate file.
