Questionnaire accessibility for screen reader users (narration/reading aides)

Received a support ticket from a respondent that she is unable to fill in the questionnaire due to an absence of reading aides. I think it's a good idea to provide this feature so we can be inclusive to as many respondents as we can. I think there is quite a substantial demographic of people that have poor eyesight to whom this is would be a very welcome addition to our software.
