A new version of the CYS software has been released over the weekend, in which we focused on improvements and bugfixes for the Reporting module. The following items are included:

PPT extension:

• A new chart type is now supported: bubble charts.
  This chart type allows you to show the score per compare value (for example NPS score per Root Cause category) against the percentage of respondents that have chosen an answer.
  The size of the bubble is representative for the N value.
  
• You can now download the ppt extension necessary to use the report builder from within your CYS portal, with the newly added Download button on the Reports overview page.
  
• It is now possible to set the following object Actions, based on specific conditions:
  - Hide object
  - Show object
  With these actions you are able to provide even more customization for each recipient.
• Instead of having datapoints show in the order in which they are created, it is now possible to move the existing datapoints up and down in the list, to create a clear and chronologic overview while building.
• When creating tables that use a Compare variable that is also Grouped at the same time, you are now able to apply sorting from A-Z, or Z-A or random, where before a default sorting of Z-A was automatically applied.
• When creating charts that also include dynamic texts (alter text variables), this sometimes interfered with each other, which is now resolved.

Report widgets:

• It is now possible to manually add an end date for the data that needs to be included in your reports, if you are performing a manual report run.
  This greatly helps with testing or when you wish to run reports on historic data instead of current periods.

Mobile app:

Recipients of reports are able to access, download and view them from within the mobile apps as well. Multiple improvements have been provided to this section of the mobile app:

• If a filter is applied, and you re-open the filter to make changes, the filter is no longer cleared automatically.
• If there are only a few reports available, the cards could become stretched (device specific), which is now resolved.
• The use of space on the cards is optimized, to ensure improved readability.
• The size of the filter dropdown is enlarged to provide easier access and to support longer texts.
• Within a report, the version indicator box is enlarged to ensure better use of space and improved readability as well.
