Release Notes Dec 25 (Batch 1)

Product Update – Feature Enhancements and Stability Fixes

Overview

This release delivers improvements across the Email Scheduler, Dashboards, Questionnaires, Database management, and DRE rule handling. The update focuses on improving stability, ensuring consistent behaviour, and enhancing overall usability. Key changes include corrected HTML rendering, restored dashboard filter visibility, a new Speech-to-Text toggle, a repaired blacklist pop-up, and a warning indicator for incorrectly ordered DRE rules.

1. Email Scheduler and Field Picker Enhancements

HTML Rendering Correction

Respondent links in Email Scheduler templates now display and function correctly. The issue caused by HTML escaping has been resolved to ensure proper rendering.

Improved HTML Validation for Field Picker Blocks

Stronger HTML validation have been added for Field Picker blocks to prevent invalid or broken markup from being saved. Existing templates with incorrect tags are automatically corrected during load.

2. Dashboard Filter Visibility Improvements

Consistent Filter Display

Fixed an issue where dashboard filters disappeared after loading or saving a dashboard. Manual and preset filters now appear consistently on both web and mobile.

Reliable Filter Pop-up Behaviour

The filter pop-up now opens reliably, ensuring users can access filter options without intermittent failures.

3. Questionnaire Speech-to-Text Toggle

Speech-to-Text Control

A new ON/OFF toggle has been added to manage Speech-to-Text within questionnaires.

When disabled, the microphone icon and related prompts are hidden.

When enabled, Speech-to-Text functions smoothly across supported questionnaire pages.

4. Database Blacklist Pop-up Repair

Blacklist Pop-up Restoration

The “Add blacklist” pop-up in the database has been fixed. Users can now load the pop-up correctly and apply blacklist, no-blacklist, or temporary exclusion statuses as expected. All updates now reflect accurately in the database.

5. DRE Rule Ordering Indicator

Rule Order Warning

A new warning indicator alerts users when a DRE rule has a null or incorrect position. Expert DRE rules continue to execute reliably, with consistent behaviour across creation, mutation, and event-based scenarios.
