A new user account has been created on your behalf. That's great! Before you are able to start, you need to verify your account. To offer maximum security this will be done by a 2-step verification process. This article will take you through the necessary steps.

Once it is time to activate your account an email will be sent to inform you:

By clicking on the link you will be transferred to the Sign up page, where you can choose from the following options: 

Option 1: Create a new CYS Account by clicking on the button New CYS Account.

Option 2: Use your Facebook account for connecting to the portal.

Option 3: Use your Google account for connecting to the portal.

* Please note that in order to use options 2 or 3, your new user account needs to set up with the same e-mail address that is connected to your Facebook or Google account. 

For now we will choose option 1: New CYS Account.

This option will lead you to the registration page where you can sign up for a new CYS account. Fill out the required fields and click Create. Be sure to use the same e-mail address as the one that was used to send you the activation e-mail.

For the next step in the verification process of your account, you will be asked for your phone number. You will have an option to receive the verification code as an SMS on your mobile phone or as a spoken message through a call. 

Click the button of your choice, after which you are able to enter your verification code. All you have to do is enter the verification code in the designated area and click “Verify code”. 

You are now automatically redirected to your portal, already logged in and ready to go!
