You received a questionnaire that is created in the CYS software and you have some questions about it. You are not alone! This article gives you an overview of the FAQ's:

1. How does CYS handle my personal information?
CYS supports companies in doing research and building questionnaires. The organization that invited you to take a survey is the one that gets all the information. CYS by default does not have access to any of the content, therefore we have no access at all to your personal information.
We do however store all this data and in doing that we meet all the necessary privacy regulations, e.g. the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you want to know more details about how we keep all the data safe, check out the articles about privacy and data safety.
2. Who do I contact with questions about the survey I received?
Contact the company you did business with and/or that is sending you the survey. CYS is just a company that provides software to execute surveys, but we don't have access to the surveys itself or any of the answers you gave in the questionnaire.
3. I filled out a survey, but I want my feedback to be deleted.
If you want your feedback to be deleted, please send a request to the organization that created the survey. In most cases, you can do this by replying to the invite you received. The organization that invited you to take the survey has received your response and is responsible for managing it. Since CYS is only a processor, we are not authorised to modify your data.
4. My contact information is incorrect, can you resolve this?
Oh my, that's not right! Your contact information used in the invite is managed by the organization that sent you the survey. Please contact them with your feedback, they should be able to help you out with this.
5. I want my information to be deleted.
CYS can not access the information you left behind. Please contact the organization that sent you the survey, they do have access to the data and should be able to help you.
6. How can I make sure I don't receive surveys anymore?
Is your inbox getting flooded? Check the invite you received for the option to unsubscribe. If it's not there, contact the organization that sent you the survey directly to ask them to stop sending you surveys.
7. Is my feedback anonymous?
Unfortunately we can not give you the answer to this question. The software offers options to anonymize data, but it is up to the organization that creates the survey if they use this functionality. Check to see if your invite or questionnaire contains a privacy policy that answers your questions. If the invite or the questionnaire itself doesn't provide any information on this topic, contact the organization that sent you the survey for more information.
8. I got an error or system notification when filling out the questionnaire.
Oh gosh. You try to participate in this survey and all you get is errors. We're so sorry. There could be a number of reasons for this: maybe the questionnaire expired, you already filled out this questionnaire, or you haven't filled out all the required questions? The error message or notification itself should provide you with additional details about the reason and give you instructions on how to proceed. If you are not sure what the message said, you can try to fill out the questionnaire again to identify the problem. Oh and check if your internet connection is working! If this doesn't solve your problem, please send a screenshot of the error-message to our support department.
9. I made a mistake filling out the survey.
Don't worry, it happens to the best of us. Check if the survey has a 'back' option. If not, or if you submitted the form already, contact the organization that sent you the survey to ask if they can correct your answer or send you a link to retake the survey.
10. I have a question or feedback about the content of the survey.
The organization that sent you the survey is the one that can answer all your questions and can improve the survey with your feedback, so please contact them about these kind of questions and feedback.
11. I don't know how to contact the organization that sent me the questionnaire.
In most cases, you can find their contact details in the invite. Or simply try to reply to the invite. If that's not working, find the website of this company and look for contact details or a contact form there. We would love to help you, but CYS is not able to provide you with direct contact information due to privacy reasons.
