When adding a new Data Collection project, you are offered a choice of three variables to determine the type of project you wish to run, the last one being Employee Feedback. At CYS, we also refer to these types of projects as the Voice of Employee.

Voice of Employee is literally meant as the voice of your employees: you are asking your employees to provide you with feedback. By investigating the overall Employee Engagement in terms of expectations, preferences and aversions, you learn to understand what really drives your employees and what energizes them. This way you really get to know your employee and you discover what your employee appreciates, misses and what (s)he wants.

By hearing negative and positive feedback, you will be able to improve upon your weaknesses but also immediately see where you score well. After all, happy employees generate happy customers!

There are countless ways to measure the voice of the employee. The subtypes we offer to accommodate these options are Employee Feedback Monitor (continuous feedback project with for example an Energy Pulse research), 360 Feedback (for gathering evaluations from people you work with) and the Culture Scan (to gain insight on how your employees experience the culture within the company).
