When you are going to add a reporting widget to your dashboard, you first get the choice between the Normal widgets section or the Infographic section. This article explain what you can find within the Normal widgets section.

When entering the Normal widgets section, a carousel opens up:

This carousel presents you with all the different categories on the left side. Each category contains an array of pre-designed reporting options that are optimized for presenting your fixed data, dynamic data or even individual records.

You can use the search bar to easily search on key words, or quickly jump to a category by using the left side menu. The following categories are available:

General

Here you find some basic options to add to your dashboard:

1. HTML widget, that gives you the option to present a (designed) text in your dashboard. You can use this to present additional information, an explanation or even feedback to your team.

2. Tabs widget. This option will add tabs to your dashboard, so you can easily group your widgets for a clear overview.

3. Filter widget. This option will add a filter option to the top of your dashboard and this filter will be applied to all the widgets in your dashboard. You can preset this, so the user can only view the filtered data (E.g. Results of Region A). Or you can set a default and give the user the option to edit the filter.

4. Account based filter. This option will add filtering option based on user account. This will enable you to publish personal results to different users of your portal.

5. Follow-up tasks. This widget type enables you to automatically create follow-up tasks based on the data that you collect, and automatically assign it to a user that is responsible to follow-up on that task.

Simple Tile

In this category you will find widget designs that focus on presenting the main KPI in a clear and simple manner, with a trend indicator if desired.

Simple Tile with Scale

The widgets in this category also take the scale into consideration, and present the actual result in reference to the applied scale. For example a bar chart or donut chart that fills up to the level of your actual result.

Iconized Widgets

Instead of using bar charts or line graphs, these widgets show icons that apply to different types of businesses. For example an employee, an office building, means of transportation, online contact channels like chat or web, and many more. These widgets also use scales that you can customize, making them ideal to report targets for example.

Research KPIs

These widgets focus on commonly used KPI's such as NPS, CSAT, CES and EPS by not only showing the actual KPI score, but also defining the categories (e.g. detractor, passives and promoters) and showing period comparisons.)

Score Board

Here you can create overviews of your Top 3 (or 5 or 10) and Bottom 3 (or 5 or 10) ranking results. Or show casing the fastest growing result, the result that is dropping the most, the highest or lowest score of a specific period, and so on.

All widgets will respond to the color scheme of your dashboard, or you can set a customized color scheme for that specific widget. This way, even pre-designed widgets will feel like they are specifically created for your brand.
